Nick qualified as Chartered Accountant and previously worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.

He is a founding director of Alfred Corporate Finance and partner in the accountancy firm Jeffreys Henry LLP. He has been involved in the listing of 10 companies on to Plus Markets Group including one of only a handful of American companies.

Jon qualified in 2000 as a Chartered Accountant and is also a qualified Corporate Finance practitioner, a director of Alfred Henry Corporate Finance and partner of accountancy firm Jeffreys Henry LLP. He has been involved in the listing of all of Alfred Henry's clients and has carried out other corporate finance work including approval of financial promotions and providing advice in respect of M&A activities. He has experience of carrying out financial due diligence and advising on taxation matters in respect of corporate finance transactions with particular experience of small and medium-sized companies quoted on PLUS and AIM.

He has been associated as an adviser or as an executive or non executive Director with a number of quoted companies over the past 37 years, including Greycoat plc, Stanhope plc, Barham Group plc.
